Designer availability: This Netlify website currently displays sample concepts only. Address searches, photo uploads, new AI generation, and retrieval of saved concepts are paused. The designer-specific terms below apply if that service is made available again.
These terms apply to the Skinny Dip Pools website and AI pool concept designer operated by Horizon Landscape, LLC (“Horizon,” “we,” “us”). Skinny Dip Pools is a brand of Horizon Landscape, LLC. By accepting these terms when uploading a photo or requesting a concept, you agree to the terms for that service.
A pool daydream, not a construction plan
AI brought the pool float. It forgot the tape measure. Generated images are illustrative concepts. They can misrepresent scale, dimensions, perspective, property boundaries, buildings, vegetation, or other details, and may change areas outside your selection. Aerial imagery can be outdated or inaccurate.
No image is a survey, engineered design, permit drawing, safety assessment, cost estimate, or assurance that a pool can be built. Do not excavate, purchase a pool, or begin construction based on a concept. Actual feasibility requires a site assessment, verified measurements and boundaries, utility locating, soil and access review, applicable permits, and properly qualified professionals.
Who can use the designer
You must be at least 18 and have permission to submit the photo and plan changes to the property shown. Provide accurate information, confirm the selected property, and mark the intended backyard area carefully. Do not use another person’s property or images without appropriate permission.
Your photos and design choices
You retain any rights you have in your uploaded photo. You give Horizon and the providers operating this service permission to resize, store, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to create and deliver your requested concept and maintain its preview link. This permission does not authorize us to use your photo in advertising without separate permission. You may request removal as described in the Privacy Policy.
Upload only images you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload map-service screenshots unless you have the necessary rights. Do not submit unlawful content, private documents, or material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
AI results and saved links
Results may vary, resemble other concepts, or contain errors. We do not promise originality, exclusive rights, or fitness for any particular property. You may save and share your concept for personal planning, subject to any rights of others. Keep its AI-concept qualification when showing it to someone else.
The preview link provides access to both the original reference image and the generated concept, subject to the website’s access settings. Share it only with people you want to see those images. The Privacy Policy explains processing, storage, and removal requests.
Service availability and reasonable use
The designer is offered for preliminary planning. It may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or discontinued, and generation or upload limits may apply. A failed request is not a completed design. Do not bypass limits, interfere with the service, access another visitor’s session, or automate abusive requests. We may restrict misuse.
Quotes, installation, and responsibility
Using this website, reviewing a package price, or generating an image does not create a construction contract, reserve an installation date, or authorize work. Displayed prices are preliminary and depend on the property and agreed scope. Any project requires a separate written agreement identifying the responsible contracting entity, scope, price, payment terms, scheduling, warranties, and applicable responsibilities.
Pool installation and regulated trade work must be undertaken with the appropriate contractor licenses and permits. Branding on this website is not a representation that Horizon holds a particular contractor license. The responsible contractors and their scope must be established before construction is contracted or begins.
Limitations and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, the website and AI concepts are provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for construction. Horizon is not responsible for decisions based solely on an illustrative concept or for errors in third-party imagery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or waives rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Any construction warranties and project obligations belong in the separate signed agreement.
Changes and contact
